At Kidzzio, we want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

📦 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us at support@test.kidzzio.in with your order ID.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Products are eligible for return/exchange if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as personalized products, stationery, and lunch boxes are not eligible for returns.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.
